Brittany Butler Yazdanpanah is the Director of Events and Logistics at The James Madison Institute. She is responsible for the execution and logistics for our events not only here at JMI, but across the state and with our valued partners.
Previously Brittany worked with the Seminole Boosters and Florida State athletics as the Events & Marketing Director for their budding urban district, CollegeTown on Madison, and before that she was with the Florida Association of Counties where she was responsible for fundraising and the logistical components to their 650+ person tradeshow held annually.
A graduate of Florida State University, Brittany has a Bachelor of Science in the College of Education for Recreation and Leisure with a specialization in event planning. While attending Florida State, Brittany was nominated by her peers as the Fundraising Chair for the Seminole Collegiate Recreational Professionals and was inducted into the Rho Phi Lambda fraternity where admission is based on University GPA and community service hours.
Brittany is local to Tallahassee and has volunteered for numerous organizations in the community including the Children’s Home Society, as well as previously serving as President for the Junior Woman’s Club of Midtown. She is a proud mom to Finn and Elle. Her favorite meal is brunch and enjoys getting away to the coast with her family.
Brittany and her husband, Cyrus, opted for a fun and out of the “norm” wedding and chose to marry in front of their closest friends and family on the beautiful beaches of Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.
