School-voucher advocates nationwide are closely watching a landmark court case now looming in Florida. Next week (June 7) the Florida Supreme Court will hear oral arguments concerning the state’s “Opportunity Scholarship Program,” which offers vouchers to the parents of kids trapped in failing schools. A decision is expected in July.
