At first glance, the Board of Regents’ recommendation to once again raise tuition does, in fact, seem fair. Florida’s college students pay a relatively inexpensive price for their education. It would also seem logical that, if the state is to enhance its university system, students should shoulder their fair shair of the responsibility.
