Sixty years after after Nazi bombs destroyed Britain’s House of Parliament, Prime Minister Winston Churchill was offered advice about rebuilding.  The chambers, he was told, were too small, dark, and uncomfortable.  “Make them bigger, brighter, and more inviting,” his advisors said.
