Contribution Levels

Student Member ($25) Student members receive the Messenger and The Journal of The James Madison Institute publications, as well as The Madison Policy Digest e-newsletter.

Patriot ($50-$99) In addition to all student member benefits, Patriots receive the President’s Memo, postcard notifications of Backgrounders and Policy Briefs, and invitations to all JMI events in Patriots’ local area.

Federalist ($100-$249) In addition to all Patriot member benefits, Federalists receive copies of Policy Briefs and invitations to all JMI events in Federalists’ local area and other select events.

Founder ($250-$499) Founders receive copies of all JMI publications and e-newsletters, as well as invitations to JMI events in Founders’ local area and other select events.

Constitutionalist ($500-$999) Constitutionalists receive copies of all JMI publications and e-newsletters, and invitations to all JMI events.

Madison Fellow* ($1,000-$4,999) Madison Fellows receive copies of all JMI publications and e-newsletters, invitations to all JMI events, including exclusive Madison Fellow events, and a JMI lapel pin.

Montpelier Society* ($5,000-$9,999) This elite society, named for James Madison’s historic Virginia estate, receives all benefits of the Madison Fellow member and an annual personal lunch with JMI’s President.

Chairman’s Circle* ($10,000+) Members of the Chairman’s Circle receive copies of all JMI publications and e-newsletters, invitations to all JMI events, including exclusive Chairman’s Circle events, a JMI lapel pin, an annual personal lunch with JMI’s President, and special donor recognition.
