How can we best ensure that we are safe, both online and off? Congress is considering legislation to make it easier for law enforcement to access data on devices and platforms. But do we have to undermine “encryption techniques” to help law enforcement get the data they need? What might be the downside of limiting these data protection tools, and what do these trends mean for the state of Florida?

Join us for a conversation on these issues with Ashkhen Kazaryan of TechFreedom, William Rinehart of the Center for Growth and Opportunity at Utah State University, and FL State Rep. James Grant (R-64). Our live panel will cover federal and state trends in encryption and privacy policy and includes time for an audience Q&A.

This LIVE virtual experience is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12th, at 11Am/EST. Registration is complimentary, but required, so please take a moment to do that here. From there you will receive all the necessary information to join us as well as the option to add to your preferred calendar.
