Amar Ali is a first generation Floridian and is currently pursuing Master’s Degree at Florida State University. His concentration is in International Affairs and Economics.
He was previously an associate consultant with a Tallahassee public, media, and government relations firm where he worked on a range of projects from policy research and formation to grassroots outreach.
While attending school, Amar has been involved with the Model UN debate team and Student Government Association, winning honors and awards for each. He has also won a Golden Key for prose writing. Amar has also contributed to the community, serving as a local youth team leader and camp counselor for his church, where he has completed over 500 hours of voluntary service and led the reorganization of the local volunteer corps. His most recent engagement was as an adviser for economic planning.
